Upon a recent visit to our branch in Fairfield, Iowa, it was discovered that our sales team is practicing the Fish Philosophy. The FISH concept was adopted by Kelly Supply Company in 2002 and its concepts are pretty simple: 1. When you get to work, CHOOSE to make today a great day! Our customers will be thankful we did. 2. Find ways to PLAY. We can be serious about our work without being serious about ourselves. 3. Stay focused in order to BE THERE when our customers and team members need us. 4. Find someone who needs a helping hand, a word of support or a good ear and MAKE THEIR DAY! |
